After I sign up how long does it take to get everything running?
After you sign up it takes 7 business days to get everything running! There is no “Setup Fee” because this on-boarding period is included in the monthly service fee. We will have a kick-off call with your team to set up the administrative dashboards, website audit and keyword research.
Who is working on my optimization ?
Our search marketing team of specialists are based in the Philadelphia area. We believe in quality over quantity and carefully pick the clients and staff we work with. You will be assigned a dedicated account manager to work with your team throughout the SEO campaign. Your business is in the right hands.
Do I need to provide you with content?
Yes, it is important we have a base of images of your products, location, staff and other items to show your potential customers online. We also want to know your goals and understand your business offerings for the social channels. However, if you need help creating content, SEO Digital Group can develop unique content that fits your brand.
Are there any setup fees?
There are no setup fees. We only have a monthly service fee. The first month will have a week to set up your accounts and create the search strategy with your team and ours.
Do you have any contracts?
We ask for a minimum commitment of six months to start. Why? Because running a proper SEO campaign which results in first page rankings and increased traffic takes time. We have a proven formula to rank our clients and it takes hundreds of tasks over six months to complete. After the first six months, our service is month to month and you can cancel at anytime with a 30 day cancellation notice.
Can I track the progress of my SEO campaign?
Absolutely! We have a custom client dashboard with reporting tools, graphs, charts and information about your keyword ranking positions, traffic and more. You can login to the dashboard anytime and we also send weekly reports.
